GENERAL INFORMATION,
RATES & POLICIES:

RATES:

4-week classes cost:
Regular rate $40 per person w/pre-registration ($45 without).
Student rate $35 per person w/pre-registration ($40 without).
Must have valid student ID!
Bulk rate $35 per class when a student signs up and attends
3 or more classes per 4 week term.
10-week Performance Classes cost just $100 w/pre-registration ($120 without).
Drop in rate is 12$ per class and needs to be paid to the instructor prior to the start of class
Pre-registration closes at midnight the night before the class begins.
All fees are collected at the first class of the session and may be paid by cash or check payable to The Viscount Dance Studios.
Payment in full is required before the class begins. Please arrive 10 minutes early to the first class of the session.
Sorry but we do not accept credit cards at this time.
A $20 fee charged for any returned checks. (This is additional to the amount the check was originally written for.)
Class payment is non-refundable and non-transferable to other sessions or persons: missed classes are the sole responsibility of the student and make up classes are not offered.

Don't forget that by pre-registering for a dance class you will save yourself $5 There are no pre-registration discounts for practicas.
Pre-registration closes at midnight the night before the class begins and fees are collected the first day of class (No Exceptions).
REGARDING WAIT LISTS:
1. PLEASE SHOW UP 10 minutes before class the first week.
2. IF YOU SHOW UP 5 minutes after class is supposed to start, and you are not
  on a wait list (but there is a wait list for the class) you will probably loose your
  space.
3. IF YOU ARE ON A WAIT LIST:
If you are pre-registering via telephone or Email please make sure that you provide us with your full name, address, phone number and Email. Please be certain to specify the class or classes you wish to take.
If you are a returning student pre-registering via phone or Email, your name, and phone number will suffice.
A note on pre-registration: In order to better organize our classes we ask that you please pre-register. By pre-registering for a session you will receive a discount and secure yourself a place in the class (see class sizes below).
IF YOU PRE-REGISTER BUT FOR ANY REASON CANNOT MAKE IT TO THE FIRST CLASS OF THE SESSION YOU MUST LET US KNOW. YOUR PLACE WILL NOT BE HELD OTHERWISE!

CLASS SIZES:

To ensure the best possible instruction for all of our students we prefer to keep to a 30 student maximum in all classes. (In order to balance the lead/follow ratio we may need to let a few more students in.)
Once a class has reached its capacity (during the registration process) you will have the opportunity to be placed on a waiting list.
A minimum of eight students is also preferred ... so it may be necessary to cancel a class should an insufficient number of students sign up.

NO PARTNER REQUIRED:

All of our partner classes are taught with both leads and follows rotating partners frequently throughout the class.
All students are strongly encouraged to rotate in our group classes.
By pre-registering for a class you help us to maintain an even lead to follow ratio.
