Bollywood 1 (intro)

Bollywood Dance is a fusion of different dance forms including: Hip-hop, Jazz, Ballroom, Latin, Indian Classical, Indian Folk, Bhangra and everything else you can imagine. It is a great way to have fun while getting a good workout. Join our classes at Viscount Studios to have lots of fun, dance till you drop, and meet new people. Students of all ages and all fitness levels are welcome to join this class seeing as the tendency to enjoy this upbeat, energetic dance is universal. Bollywood is also a very simple dance style to learn, again making it the perfect dance for any age. Bollywood dance is definitely the most fun way to get fit as it provides a workout that is much more fun than the tread mill, hands down.  Or should we say, hands up and waving like mad!
