Belly Dance and Beyond! (int/adv)
Now that you feel comfortable with the fundamentals of Bellydancing, start building your repetoire of moves, choreography, and ability in Belly Dance 2. In this class (which is meant to be reapeated multiple times) newer students will build on the basic 'components' of the dance, while learning more technical maneauvors such as traveling steps, using a veil and finger cymbals, and building combinations! Repeat students will enjoy the practice and more complicated zills rhythms and choreographic aspect of the material being practiced (preparing them for the level 3 Routine class!), while all levels students wil benefit from enhanced body movement technique and practice. Remember to wear clothing that will enable you to see and enhance your movement, rather than hide it! Hip scarves and bare feet are encouraged.
