Level 2 builds on the skills established in Level 1 and adds another layer of foundational material. We refine lead & follow principles, introduce the 3rd of the basic rhythms (vals), and add key new concepts, vocabulary, and step systems; like the Crossed Foot System -- a whole new universe in which no one is ever "on the wrong foot". Students will learn how to transition from one step system to another with flow and ease. It opens up new ways to be musical, expressive and creative, and expands the flexibility of connection with your partner.  Argentine Tango 2 is meant to be repeated at least twice before moving up to level 3 due to the amount of material at this level.  Pre-requisite: minimum of Level 1, or teacher pre-approval. No partner required.
